PROGRAMS
Beginner Diving I
Our Beginner I group is the perfect introduction to the sport of diving. Divers in this group practice 2 hours per week and work through Levels 1 & 2 of our curriculum. The focus is on core fundamentals—body position, balance, proper jumping technique, and learning safe, confident head-first entries. No prior diving experience is needed!
Beginner Diving II
Divers who successfully complete Beginner I are invited to join Beginner II, where they begin to apply their fundamentals to more complex skills. This group practices 3 to 4.5 hours per week and follows Levels 3 & 4, introducing basic competitive dives on both 1-meter and 3-meter springboards. Continued focus on form, technique, and confidence in the air sets the stage for competitive readiness.
Pre-Team Diving
Our Pre-Team is an invitation-only group for divers who have completed Levels 1–4 or demonstrate the skill level and commitment to train at a higher level. Pre-Team divers train 6 to 8 hours per week and focus on preparing for local and regional competitions. This group emphasizes consistent attendance, competitive readiness, and foundational skills on both 1m and 3m, with opportunities to explore platform diving.
Advanced Diving
This group is ideal for divers preparing for the high school dive season. Athletes in this group have demonstrated solid fundamentals and are continuing to refine their skills on the 1-meter board, with a focus on clean entries, consistent technique, and competition readiness. The group practices are structured to support divers aiming to succeed in school-based competitions.
Team Diving
Our Team group is the highest level offered at Aloha Diving Academy and is available by invitation only. Divers in this group train and compete in USA Diving circuit meets. Team members must demonstrate a high level of commitment, consistent attendance, and a drive to excel at the state and national level. Training includes 1m, 3m, and platform diving.
Masters Diving
The Masters Group is open to divers ages 18 and older, whether you're a former athlete returning to the sport or an adult looking to try something new. This group offers a flexible and encouraging environment to learn or continue diving at your own pace. Practices are designed to be challenging and fun, with an emphasis on fitness, fundamentals, and enjoying the sport of diving at any stage of life.
